Happy Casa Brindisi back together with the former Robert Morris standout Jeremy Chappell

Following a two-year stint at Reyer Venezia, Jeremy Chappell returned to Happy Casa Brindisi inking a two-year contract, his new team announced Monday.
Chappell, 34, spent the 2018-19 season at Brindisi averaging 12.9 points per LBA appearance. That was his second out of four straight seasons in Italy, including a couple of 7DAYS EuroCup runs as a member of Venezia. His 2020-21 efforts rounded up 7.8 points, 2.5 rebounds, 2.2 assists, and 1.1 steals per 7DAYS EuroCup game, and 7.9 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 1.8 assists per LBA match.
He is now heading to the Basketball Champions League for a second time after debuting as a member of Banvit during the 2016-17 season. His new side was recently drawn in Group G of the Regular Season alongside Hapoel Holon, Darussafaka Tekfen, and one more team making it through the qualifiers.
Brindisi had already re-signed Raphael Gaspardo.
